Ventilation Validation

Ireland's 2019 building regulations (Part F) mandate third-party validation and certification for all new ventilation systems.

Forsah, with extensive experience in designing and commissioning various ventilation systems (mechanical extract, demand-controlled, heat recovery, exhaust air heat pumps), is NSAI certified and offers efficient ventilation validation services for residential developers to meet Part F requirements.

Benefits of Ventilation Validation

With new build houses now requiring a high level of air tightness it is crucial that the ventilation system installed is supplying enough fresh air to make a living space both healthy and comfortable.

Having the system independently validated ensures that excess CO2, odours and Volatile Organic Compounds are removed from a dwelling removing and potential health hazards from a lack of ventilation.

Further benefits to the validation of the system include ensuring that you do not have any over ventilation which contributed to running costs of your heating system and correct extract rates will remove any excess moisture inside the dwelling.
